‘Bike the Earth’…An inspirational journey for a sustainable planet

You’re in for a treat here.  Our Voice: Politics Albury-Wodonga caught up with Chris Le Breton and Roland Smith, who have just set off on an epic cycling journey called Bike the Earth to draw attention to new ideas and solutions for creating a sustainable society.  Chris and Roland discuss their goals for the trip, their motivations for taking action, and offer some inspirational advice for all of us as we begin our own journeys toward a more harmonious relationship with the planet.

Bike the Earth is a two year expedition with a mission, which set off  on Sunday 18th July 2010 from Melbourne, headed for Rio de Janeiro and the 2012 Rio Earth Summit, via Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Uluru and Cairns, Tokyo and London.  Today, their journey brings them to Wodonga.
