Heavy snow appears to have achieved what threats and diplomacy could not – a delay in North Korea’s latest rocket lauch.
The launch, which was scheduled to take place from sometime today untill December 22, has been described by the United States, Japan and South Korea as a disguised ballistic missile test.
But the North Korean Space Technology committee says it’s considering postponing the launch because of possible technical problems….Those technical problems are not surprising since the usual launch window is in the summer months.
