I often struggle trying to work out where to put my efforts and your posts reminded me that we need action at many different levels and that it isn’t possible to create the change we need by acting along. Bill Moyer identifies four roles of social activism each of which can help create change. Networking helps to bring these roles together and means our individual actions have greater impact.

    • Thanks Graeme. You’re right, it can be hard to figure out where to concentrate your efforts and it is possible to spread oneself too thin (and burn out). But if we pick our spots and network strategically, we can bring it all together.
